  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.

  • Free shipping offers may apply on selected products or minimum order values.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

For any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed outer packaging
    • Printed shipping label
    • Complete unboxing process
    • Damaged or missing item

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
