Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any claims regarding Damaged or Missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. It must clearly show the Printed Label on the outer packaging and the Damaged Product. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our organic rituals, products are non-returnable.
  • Eligibility: Requests are accepted for missing accessories, damaged bottles, wrong products, or expired items.
  • Damage Claims: Email support within 24 hours with the mandatory unboxing video and snapshots of the invoice.
  • Wrong Product: Must be kept safe, saleable, and in original packaging with the invoice retained.
  • Neglect: Damage caused by customer neglect or improper storage is not covered.
  • Inadequate Info: Failure to provide the required video/snapshots within the 24-hour window.
  • Tampering: Items with tampered batch numbers or missing original packaging.
  • Gifts: Festive Gift boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Verification: We may contact you to verify damage before approving a refund or replacement.
  • Timeline: Processing takes 10-15 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfers (no cash refunds).
  • Bank Clearing: Online refunds take 5-7 business days; NEFT takes 3-5 business days to reflect.
  • Fair Usage: We reserve the right to take action against accounts abusing our policies.
  • Packaging: Product packaging may change slightly due to regulations or environmental improvements.
  • Promotions: We reserve the right to cancel promotions/giveaways without liability.
