Terms of Use

We facilitate a seamless checkout experience with the following protocols:

• Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, UPI, Wallets, and major Indian Bank NetBanking.
• Security Protocol: Ensure your card is enrolled with 3D Secure (Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code) for authentication.
• Billing: Your bank statement will reflect payments to "Usables" or our authorized parent entity.
• Payment Failures: If funds are deducted but no confirmation is received, please contact support with your transaction reference ID. Refunds for failed attempts are typically processed by the bank within 5-7 business days.

We strive to deliver your natural essentials in the shortest possible timeframe:

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. During Mega Sale events, dispatch may extend to 7 business days.
• Tracking: A unique tracking link will be emailed and sent via SMS/WhatsApp once the order leaves our facility.
• Split Shipments: To ensure you get your items fast, your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses. Shipping charges, if any, apply only to the primary package.
• Delivery Days: Working days exclude Sundays and National Holidays. Logistics delays due to external factors (weather, strikes) may occur.

Your responsibility at the time of delivery:

• Damage Prevention: We use secure, bubble-wrapped packaging. Do not accept any shipment that appears tampered with or leaking.
• Reporting Issues: Any shortage, damage, or wrong product must be reported to support@usablesorganic.com within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
• Non-Receipt: If an order is marked as "Delivered" but not received, notify us within 24 hours to initiate a logistics investigation (48-72 hour response time).
• Post-Delivery: Usables Organic is not liable for damages occurring after the product has been successfully delivered and accepted.

Guidelines for order modifications:

• Dispatch Rule: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to our courier partners (Dispatched status).
• Vouchers & Points: Promotional vouchers are one-time use. If a voucher-based order is canceled, the code is considered used. Redemed loyalty points will be credited back to your account.
• Damaged/Near-Expiry: Products expiring within 3 months of delivery are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
• Refund Method: All refunds are processed via the original payment mode or bank transfer. NEFT transfers take 3-5 business days to reflect.

General terms governing site usage:

• Fair Usage: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show patterns of policy abuse (excessive cancellations or false damage claims).
• Promotions: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer or giveaway at our discretion without prior notice.
• Packaging Changes: To stay eco-friendly or comply with regulations, product packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
