Refund/Replacement Requests: Email support@usables.com within 24 hours of delivery with product images, invoice, packaging, and batch number. Response time is 48-72 hours.
Damage Claims:Â Provide pictures of damaged products or packaging.
Processing Time:Â Allow 10-15 days for processing returns.
Full Refund/Exchange Eligibility:Â Missing accessories, damaged bottles, wrong product, or expired product.
Wrong Product:Â Keep it safe, saleable, and in original packaging. Retain the invoice for successful return.
Return Exceptions:Â No returns for damaged products, missing invoices, tampered batch numbers, or without original packaging.
Pilferage Claims:Â Must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:Â Inadequate information or failure to provide required snapshots.
Neglect Damages:Â Not covered under Exchange/Returns Policy. Festive Gift boxes are non-refundable/exchangeable.
We may contact you to verify damage before issuing refunds or replacements. Refunds are processed through bank transfers, not cash. Online refunds take 5-7 business days to initiate, and NEFT refunds take 3-5 business days.
