Return & Refund Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene and personal care nature, products are non-returnable.

  2. Refund/Replacement Requests: Email support@usables.com within 24 hours of delivery with product images, invoice, packaging, and batch number. Response time is 48-72 hours.

  3. Damage Claims: Provide pictures of damaged products or packaging.

  4. Processing Time: Allow 10-15 days for processing returns.

  5. Full Refund/Exchange Eligibility: Missing accessories, damaged bottles, wrong product, or expired product.

  6. Wrong Product: Keep it safe, saleable, and in original packaging. Retain the invoice for successful return.

  7. Return Exceptions: No returns for damaged products, missing invoices, tampered batch numbers, or without original packaging.

  8. Pilferage Claims: Must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  9. Non-Refundable Scenarios: Inadequate information or failure to provide required snapshots.

  10. Neglect Damages: Not covered under Exchange/Returns Policy. Festive Gift boxes are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We may contact you to verify damage before issuing refunds or replacements. Refunds are processed through bank transfers, not cash. Online refunds take 5-7 business days to initiate, and NEFT refunds take 3-5 business days.

Note to Customers

Fair Usage Policy: To protect genuine customers, we reserve the right to assess and take action against accounts abusing our return/exchange policies.

Impairment & Damages: Report partial, void, or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with snapshots and invoice.

Packaging Changes: Packaging may change to comply with government regulations or reduce environmental impact.

Suspending Promotions: We reserve the right to cancel promotions, offers, and giveaways without liabilities.

Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept online orders through Visa and MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks in India.

  2. Card Information: For Visa and MasterCard, please provide your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number (found on the back of the card) during the transaction. For American Express, please provide your 15-digit card number and 4-digit security code.

  3. Security Measures: Ensure your Visa or MasterCard is enrolled with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) for transaction completion.

  4. Billing Statement: Your credit card transaction will appear as a payment to Usables.

  5. Payment Issues: If the amount is deducted but you haven’t received a confirmation, contact our customer care team with the transaction reference number, amount debited, registered email ID, and date & time of transaction.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are provided at checkout for your review before payment.

  2. Order Confirmation: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details. Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days.

  3. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies by location. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Delays may occur due to logistics issues.

  4. Mega Sale Orders: Dispatches may be delayed during sale events. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of order placement.

  5. Split Shipments: Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses. Shipping charges apply only to the first package.

Delivery Policy

  1. Packaging: Products are securely packed to prevent damage. Fragile items are given extra protection with bubble wrap.

  2. Damaged Shipments: Do not accept tampered or damaged shipments.

  3. Weekend Orders: Orders placed after mid-Saturday or on Sunday are dispatched within 48-72 hours.

  4. Undelivered Orders: If marked as delivered but not received, notify customer service within 24 hours. Investigation may take 48-72 hours.

  5. Damage Claims: Report shortages or damages to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Allow 3 working days for investigation.

  6. Self-Shipping: If reverse pick-up is unavailable, self-ship via a reliable courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed.

  7. Post-Delivery Damages: We are not responsible for damages post-delivery.

  8. Delivery Suspension: We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country if necessary.

  9. Product Returns: Products expiring in less than 3 months are eligible for return and full refund.

  10. Cashback: Cashback is only eligible on the paid amount, not on payments made using WOW Wallet or promotional offers.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

  2. Discount Vouchers: Vouchers are for one-time use only and considered used if the order is canceled.

  3. Loyalty Points: Redeemed loyalty points will be credited back upon order cancellation.

  4. Refund Process: Refunds are initiated after product return and verification.
